The Lone Parent Helpline is the UK's free, independent helpline for lone parents and anyone affected by the issues surrounding one parent families.
The helpline is operated by two leading lone parent organisations: One Parent Families Scotland and One Parent Families|Gingerbread.
We are here to help with free, confidential information and publications on the key issues you face as a lone parent or family member.
Confidentiality will only be broken if a child is deemed to be at risk of abuse or an adult is perceived to be in a life-threatening situation (e.g. suicide).
